| I am offering FRIEDA, my 2025 Lagoon 46 sailing catamaran in the four-cabin Elegance Line version. The price is EUR 1,110,000, and 25% VAT can be shown separately. The sale is planned for October–November 2026, by arrangement. FRIEDA is based at Marina Frapa in Rogoznica, near Split, Croatia. Her berth is paid until April 2027. She is used for charter and has mainly been booked with a skipper. Accommodation and comfort: - Four main cabins, plus two skipper cabins in the bows. - Six fans in the cabins and saloon. - Air conditioning in all four cabins, the saloon and the skipper berths. - Full saloon curtains and a large retractable saloon window facing the foredeck. - All cushions for the foredeck, flybridge and cockpit. - Large TV, described as the maximum size, on a swivel mount for viewing from the cockpit. - Starlink Wi-Fi, added in April 2026, with excellent coverage even in remote bays. - Bluetooth radio with six speakers. Galley and refrigeration: - Cockpit ice maker and one cockpit refrigerator. - Two refrigerators and one freezer in the saloon. - Gas oven, four-burner gas hob and dishwasher. Sailing, anchoring and deck equipment: - Furling boom / furling mainsail with a new system. - Two electric winches. - Electric anchor windlass controlled from the flybridge and by remote control. - 75 metres of anchor chain. - Four underwater spotlights. - Hydraulic dinghy lifting platform with fold-out side sections and a 250 kg lifting capacity. - Teak cockpit and a large folding wooden cockpit table, both freshly treated in April 2026. - Folding passerelle and folding sunlounger. - Removable biminis with windows for the flybridge and cockpit, plus removable summer biminis for both areas. - Eight fenders, two ball fenders and eight mooring lines. Navigation and electronics: - Raymarine navigation package with an i70s multifunction display at the helm. - p70s autopilot, ACU-400 actuator control unit and gyro. - Speed, depth and temperature transducer, plus wind transducer. - RAY90 VHF radio and AIS700 transceiver. - Axiom Pro 16-inch display at the helm, with chart card included. - Raymarine Quantum 2 Doppler radar and autopilot remote control. - Two aft Raymarine cameras and a Raymarine VHF handset. Power, water and leisure equipment: - Two 57 PS inboard diesel engines and a 1,040-litre fuel tank. - Generator and a watermaker producing approximately 120 litres per hour. - Highfield dinghy with a steering console and a 20 PS Honda outboard. - SUP and various water toys. Maintenance: I have kept all service intervals. In March 2026, FRIEDA was taken out of the water for: - Complete renewal of the antifouling. - A full engine check, including the dinghy's 20 PS Honda. - New propellers. - Complete gelcoat polishing. FRIEDA does not have Lake Constance approval.
