Yacht a vela Atlas 27

| We, the three owners, are selling our Atlas 27, Ki'Ora, for EUR 2,000. She is currently at Ottenhome Marina in Heeg, the Netherlands, and has mainly been sailed on the Heegermeer and IJsselmeer. Boat and engine - Length 8.35 m, beam 2.40 m and draft 1.30 m. - Mast height 11 m and weight 3,000 kg. - Our description gives a build year of 1985; the specification table gives 1984. The year needs confirmation. - Fibreglass hull, two cabins and capacity for four people. - A 13 PS Ventus diesel inboard with a folding propeller. - No Lake Constance approval. Sails - Three sails: a used mainsail, a new genoa/headsail and a spinnaker in as-new condition. Accommodation and equipment - Three to four sleeping places below deck. - Cooking area, toilet, dining table and storage. - Berths/loungers and cushions. - Lifejackets and a fire extinguisher. - Depth sounder, VHF radio and radar. - The boat's lights, electrical system and radio are working. Maintenance and condition We have regularly applied antifouling to the hull and serviced the engine. The deck is watertight but needs repainting.
