| I am selling a 1/6 ownership share in my 2023 Jeanneau 490 sailing yacht in Gocek for TRY 3,200,000. This price is for the share. The share provides eight weeks of use per year through the OrtakTekne programme, with one sixth of the operating expenses payable by each owner. The yacht will remain in the programme for three more summers. She is privately owned, and I am offering the second-hand sale without VAT. Exchanges are considered. The yacht is afloat and has a single mast, a fibreglass hull, three cabins and two toilets. The stated dimensions are 14 m long and 5 m wide. She has an 80 hp Yanmar diesel engine with saildrive and 1,500 operating hours, and flies the Turkish flag. Equipment and accommodation: - Furling mainsail and self-tacking jib - One electric sailing winch capable of controlling both sails - Two solar panels - Webasto heating with outlets in all three cabins and the saloon - Retractable bow thruster - Light-coloured interior woodwork and a saloon - Jeanneau's reclining starboard backrest and port and starboard walkways - Freezer, ice maker, oven/microwave, refrigerator and stove - Anchor and chain, autopilot, bimini, fire-extinguishing equipment, inflatable tender, lifebuoy, lifejackets, mooring equipment, gangway, bathing ladder and sunbeds - Fresh-water, fuel and wastewater tanks - Alarm, CD/DVD players, chartplotter, compass, depth gauge, GPS, music system, speedometer and radio transmitter - AC/DC electrical equipment, bilge pump, inverter, power supply and pressurised water system OrtakTekne is a professionally managed boat-sharing programme developed by Sedat Kuru and launched in 2019 after reviewing boat-sharing systems around the world and adapting the model for Turkey. As of 2024, its fleet had reached 34 boats and 204 co-owners. OrtakTekne finds the six co-owners for each yacht. Each participant legally owns their share, and the names and ownership proportions are recorded in the vessel's registration certificate. Co-owners do not have to negotiate or coordinate directly with each other. Under the programme, boats are sold after six years and the proceeds are distributed to their owners, before age-related expenses increase and resale values fall further. Marina fees, insurance, maintenance, cleaning and management fees are shared. Expenses are reported regularly, and invoice images are published in the owners' private section of the OrtakTekne website. OrtakTekne also organises maintenance, insurance, haul-outs and cleaning, providing reports with photographs. Usage weeks are selected online at the start of each year. Four weeks are reserved for maintenance, and the remaining 48 weeks are divided among the six owners. A different owner starts the selection each year; owners then take turns choosing one available week until all weeks have been allocated. Gocek has 26 high-season weeks, allowing all owners to select high-season time as well as spring and winter weeks. To choose two consecutive weeks, an owner can pass on one turn and then select two weeks on the next turn. Each one-sixth share receives eight weeks of annual use.
